The Grounded Leader's Toolkit

A lot can happen in our own lives and in the world around us that can leave us feeling ungrounded. 

I've put together this free mini coaching series - bringing together the tools that I've personally found most beneficial - to help you feel more centred and grounded no matter what might be happening around you. 

In these five short sessions, I guide you through:

Being present in the moment
A grounding meditation
Calming your nervous system
Staying grounded in negative situations
Working with your emotions


This mini-series will help you to become more mindful of your presence in the moment and stay grounded at times when doing so can feel quite challenging.

About your coach


I'm Nadine Saad - a certified coach, Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®) practitioner and meditation teacher.

I'm also an Accredited Member of ACCPH (Accredited Counsellors, Coaches, Psychotherapists and Hypnotherapists).
