I offer bespoke wellness coaching for your team or organisation, delivering tailored packages to suit your needs, environment and timetable.
We got used to "always on" work cultures felling like the norm.
So much so that, according to Deloitte's research, over a third of employees and leaders are constantly dealing with exhaustion, stress and/or overwhelm.

Designing your wellness coaching package
As your coach, I support you with setting wellness goals that are right for you and your team, and work hand-in-hand with you towards achieving these goals.
Your coaching package will be tailored to suit your needs, and based on a thorough wellness assessment, but can include:
Group coaching sessions
One-on-one coaching for individuals
Mindfulness sessions using my CALM framework
Workshops or training to support staff in key areas highlighted in the wellness assessment
Guided meditations
Working together on steps to ensure your working environment supports people's wellbeing
What to expect
I carry out a full wellness assessment, to get to know you and your team better, and to get to the heart of your needs
Based on assessment results, I design a wellness programme to suit your needs, goals and timetable
Once you're happy with the proposed programme, I get to work on delivering a full package of coaching, wellness sessions and other training or initiatives to support you and your team
I review progress with you regularly, to ensure we're on target and make any necessary adjustments along the way
