Working with your emotions

Our emotions are meant to be felt, not judged or controlled. Working with our emotions - instead of against them - helps to ensure that we're neither suppressing them nor being overwhelmed by them.

For the final session, I share steps for working through emotions so that you can let go of the resistance that's creating discomfort, and allow your emotions to be felt, understood and released.
